Our Story

In Summer 2023, the Copelands began a process of considering moving their family to Chicago, IL in response to God’s call. They moved to Chicago in Summer 2024 to begin the process of planting a new Christ-centered, disciple-making, multiethnic church in the city for the glory of God. Chicago, like many places, needs more followers of Jesus who love God and love people for the good of the city. Our hope is that you would find new life in Jesus in response to the good news of His coming kingdom.

We have the joy of partnering with Chicago West Bible Church in this mission to multiply. Chicago West is a vibrant church located on the West Side of Chicago in the Austin neighborhood. We will work with Chicago West to build up a team of godly, qualified men and women who will be sent out as a team. Together, we will engage another part of the city to share the gospel, make disciples of Jesus, and establish a new local church.
